My perfect Winter outfit

Hi! Today I’m sharing an outfit idea that I’d absolutely love to wear on a Winter day. How’s the weather where you live? Here in Porto it’s been too cold (well – too cold for my standards anyways) and while I hate being that person who’s always complaining about the weather, honestly I sort of struggle with finding enjoyment in the Winter time. However, the truth is you shouldn’t let your mood depend on the weather or the season, so with that in mind I’m making an effort to change and learn how to find joy even if it’s cold and dark outside. And I feel like cute clothes that make you feel nice is a good way to start… so here’s my outfit idea for the Winter.

I really like earthy, soft colors like brown, beige and grey and I love mixing them together. The wool coat has a nice flattering cut and it’s a staple piece that will never really go out of style. I’m obsessed with that sweater – I need something like that on my wardrobe asap! It’s warm and comfortable, but the lace-up makes it more interesting than your average sweater.

For the bottom half, a pair of slim dark grey jeans. For shoes, I had to go for sneakers since they’re what I tend to reach for the most lately. I picked these white ones that seem quite simple but have that detail at the back that adds a pop of pattern to the look.

Finally – accessories. I love the little grey backpack, adorable and practical. Beige scarf to wrap around yourself if needed and a classic watch and some rose gold bracelets as the final touches.
