Recipe: Eggs with Mushrooms and Tomato [Oven Recipe]

Hello guys and welcome back to another post! Today I bring you a really amazing recipe and easy to cook as well. Shall we start? 😉

All you need is:

  • 2 tomatoes
  • some onion
  • 4oog mushrooms
  • as much eggs as you want to eat (1 per person!)
  • some parsley

As the recipe, you can easily make it following these 4 simple steps:

1- Wash all the products and cut them (duh).

2- Heat the pan with some olive oil and the onion; next, add the mushrooms and let it braise. When it looks nice enough add the tomatoes and season it with salt, pepper and parsley.

3- Divide this mixture into 4 containers that can resist the oven heat. Crack an egg (or as many as you want!) on top of each container.

4- Your meal will be ready in 8minutes thanks to a 200ºC oven! If you want to know when the meal is ready, the egg has to be solid.
