Hello and welcome to the first edition of our new Summing Up posts! Let’s have a short overlook of all the November goodies that we have posted for you, shall we?
This month’s playlist includes names like Blasted Mechanism, Coldplay, Adele, Demi Lovato and Ariana Grande. Don’t miss out on our favorites!
Meanwhile Angie celebrated both Portugal’s nice&bright weather and staying cozy for these last days of college classes. Paulo and Luísa brought us a great review of Balmain’s new H&M collection, as well as their wishlist for this Christmas. What’s yours, painters?
For our travels this month, I took us on a trip to Guimarães, Portugal’s historical crib. Remember to taste some lovely Portuguese cuisine while you’re there 😉
In Luís’ last old-style SU, he also took us for a ride, this time around Porto. His pick of important places to visit is a must!
To make us beautiful this month, Angie showed us some beauty bits of autumn makeup, as well as her 3 best friends when dealing with acne. Paulo and Luísa also taught us some very important skin care, while Marta shared her current favorite lip products.
November’s bookclub includes 3 books no avid reader will want to miss! From classics to WWII to drama, there are stories for every taste.
There were a lot of November lifestyle posts, with Angie recommending some Instagram accounts, Marta giving us some home decor ideas, and me sharing some thoughts on the grieving process. We also got into the holiday spirit with Marta’s Christmas gift guide.
CRAFTS AND DIY’S
Very importantly, Luís made a post exactly about this new format for the SU, which I hope you are enjoying.
PAINT ME SUNDAY
Angie followed all of the terrorist attacks and tragedies that have been happening with some very thoughtful excuses and mantras we should all reflect upon.
THE ART OF COOKING
ART AND MISCELLANEOUS
Angie made us all jealous with her reading skills by showing us her next reads, which include names like Kipling, Nabokov and Suzanne Collins.
THE NEWS IN 3 LINES OR SO
Luís brought us up to date on some news that haven’t been getting as much coverage as they deserve, both from Portugal and China (so diverse)!
And that has been November here on PMY! Which posts did you enjoy the most? Give us some feedback!
