Hey hey hey painters!
Welcome to this Saturday! This is Paulo & Luísa and we are still in the mood for some fit and healthy days. The summer is on is climax, the sun shines like a Tiffany’s diamonds, the sea makes love to the sand and our mood is better than ever, so we want our body to be in harmony with the lovely mother nature.
We are going to give you some exercises, 11 to be exact, to make you rock your body on the beach, in a pool and every single place that can come to your head where you need to be half naked. Despite what you think, you still have time to make of your body a model worthy, fantastic, super sexy and wow maker body. You just need to combine last week’s post with this week’s exercises. They are simple, mega efficient, easy breezy and will make you glow not only the outside but as well on the inside. Because you know what they say, a healthy diet, sport and water will make you a better person inside out.
These are our exercises. We use to do it by time and not by series, which means that instead of counting the number of push ups or whatever the exercise is, you mark some time to do each exercise and do as much as you can within that time window. Let’s do it! Here we go:
